Chocolate

Since I don't like to interrupt your week with emails, I always
carefully consider whether you'd want to know. In this case I
think you will since it's all chocolate! Being super-healthy and
living longer with yummy chocolate - 2 good things! And for
allowing me to distract you with chocolate, I've included some
wonderful video fun to bring joy too!

Do you remember David Wolfe of the LongevityNow program?
Today is David Wolfe's birthday and some friends threw him an
early "birthday bash" to celebrate. He started talking about
the many benefits of raw chocolate (cacao) at the party when
someone asked and another friend filmed it with a flip.
