[ENERGY CURRENTS] Short and Sweet and Powerful!

Hi ,
A short and sweet Energy Currents since I am still
in "holiday mode".
Yep, we have had a rare holiday here in the U.S.
and I think all of us
here enjoyed it immensely! I say rare, for to me
it seems that other
countries seem to have a more relaxed work schedule
than
the U.S. So when we get a day off.. it is
savored! :-D
As always I have looked to load this issue of
Energy currents with
inspiring and expanding messages, teachings and
quotes to stimulate
expansion and high vibration in you. This
week there is a special Joy
enhancement and energy protection process from the
nonphysical
Collective.
So dive in and prepare to be lifted and expanded joyfully!
It's time to Align with the Joy within
~ A Protection Process from the Collective ~
We have sent through messages on Joy for you before with a quick
joy alignment process. We hope you are using it and finding it
helpful.
Right now however we sense that there are a lot of you are not connecting
moment by moment with your inner joy. And since you are not connected to
your inner joy, you are easily influenced by the shifting negative energies
around you.
It is easy to lose sight of this precious glowing joy within you among all
the
negative energies swirling about and negative messages coming from
those
around you. Your family, friends and the media are constantly sending
you messages that you must be concerned, worried - "look things are falling
apart" ... We can assure you that they are not. The more you focus on
these
messages from the environment around you, the more you will believe what
they say and feel the negative vibrations from them.
So how to "cure" this? Since you can't live detached completely from the
world, you need to do the nest best thing. Protect yourself energetically.
First of all, turn off the media. We can not stress this enough. You do
not
need to hear the doomsday predictions daily. Since you can't remove
yourself from those around you, your family, your coworkers, your friends
completely. You need to "protect" yourself with a bubble of Joy energy
around you. You might even cause others to feel joyful too by the joy
from your "bubble" reaching them.
How do you do this? Here is a simple and easy Joy enhancing protection
process for you. Each morning take 4-5 minutes and focus on your
breathing.
How? Take a deep breath through the top of your head
(through the Crown
Chakra point) into your abdominal area and hold it - visualize it swirling
about and picking up ALL tension and negative dark energy.
Then
exhaling this breath from your mouth with an HAhhh sound.
See the dark
specs of negative energy carried out with the breath. Repeat it again for
a total
of 10 times. Each in-breath should be held swirling for a count of
10. SEE
the breath swirling in your belly area during these 10
seconds. See the
breath flow back up and out your mouth with an audible HAhhh sound. After
you have taken 10 breaths, you will feel more centered and relaxed.
Now focus on breathing in a glowing Yellow light though the top of
your
head (Crown Chakra) ... into your
belly area. Swirl it around and this time
let it expand out ward into other parts of your body and exhale
THROUGH
EVERY PORE. Just push it out through every pore in your
skin - it will breathe
out. Then do this again. Notice as you do this
over and over that the inside
of your body is filled with a glowing yellow (happy joyful) light.
SEE the
light in every part of your body. Keep your focus inside
and see the light
filling inside your head neck chest stomach lower abdomen legs feet arms
hands
.... see the whole body filled with the yellow glow. After you
see this yellow
glow filling you within, you are going to push it outward through
the pores
in one big breath... you are going to fill the space around the
body with
the yellow glow. Do this now. See the area around your
body fill with a yellow
glowing bubble of light. Notice too that there is still yellow glowing
light inside
your body. Breathe in some of the yellow glowing light and exhale again
through
every pore on your skin. Now gently bring your self back to awareness of
your
feet on the floor, the apace you are sitting in, the room and open your
eyes.
You are now ready to go out into the world.
With practice, you will perfect this process and it will take you no more
than 3
minutes. Don't rush it at first.. allow time to see and feel the yellow
glow filling
your body and the space around you.

Fall is a time of transition-we say goodbye to summer, leaves
begin
turning, and children head back to school. Change is in the
air.
As you face your new beginnings, consider this helpful
three-step process:
Clear and cleanse: Shift out
old energy. Reorganize your home
or office space, and give away things you no longer
need. On a
physical level do a healthy body cleanse. On a
mental/emotional
level examine and release any limiting beliefs. Letting
go of the
old creates a feeling of spaciousness, allowing room for
something
new to enter.
Embrace the new: Whatever
change is before you, when you open
to the unknown (even the discomfort), you welcome in
growth, revelation,
and miracles. Imagine what is possible from this
place.
Be open to support: During
times of transition, you may feel like retreating
within, hiding your inner work from the outer world.
However, seeking support
from a friend, family member or support group is one of
the keys to graceful
change. It'll help promote a smooth ride to your new
reality.
