Welcome to this week's issue of Energy Currents!  Energy Currents has
gone more colorful in honor of the colorful holiday season.  There are lots
of goodies here from you including more joy from The Collective.  They
seem to feel you just don't have enough of it flowing.  I now believe it is
their goal to have you rolling on the floor in delight continuously!

Human, the state of living constantly as Source expressing through you.

The Collective Say You Need More Joy!
 
Good morning!  Are  you all feeling joyful?  Did you use our Holiday Season
process?  We know it was long, but if you read it and get the gist of it, you
can do it.  It feels very good and feeling good is what you must be doing to
be in alignment with all the good that is yours. 
 
We feel so many mixed feelings coming from  you all, there is joy and delight
because it is the holiday season and then there anxiety and despair because
it is the holiday season.  Perhaps you are reflecting upon the year and are
considering that it didn't  turn out as well as you had planned?   Perhaps  you
are wondering if you will be able to purchase the holiday gifts that you so do
love to give?  Perhaps you are just picking up the vibes around of tension due
to the dastardly news of gloom and doom? Perhaps your name is Scrooge?
 
We say you had a wonderful year! The gifts of this year may not be where you
expected, but they are there, all you need do is look!  You grew and learned
much this year, did you not?  Did you not become more resourceful, resilient and
bolder?   Perhaps willing to try waters you hadn't yet?   Put a toe in?  Perhaps you
are deliriously thriving but for some reason carry this feeling that it isn't enough...
something is missing?  Perhaps you are just deliriously happy and satisfied and
you couldn't imagine it getter any better?  It can... with Joy.  Joy is the magic wand
that you have been seeking.  The funny thing is, you are born here KNOWING Joy! 
Every ounce of  your being filled with it, you  come here as one bundle of joy and
excitement ready to explore this new world.  And then... someone told you can't
do that.  And the joy gets dampened for a moment.  But it rises back up, because
it is your nature.  As you grow, so many "you can't do that" or "that isn't good enough"
pushes down your joy, and it hides deep inside you feeling you'd rather be serious.
To get what you desire flowing to you (and we didn't say so that you can chase it
and catch it) you have to reconnect with that level of you, the joy that IS your true
nature.  To fully feel complete with the abundance that you have now, you have to
reconnect with this level of you.  When you do, EVERYTHING is enough, more
than enough and the funny thing is, when you feel like that, more keeps coming
and coming and coming until you are rolling on the floor in delighted joy!
 
Monitor yourself for grumbles, complaints (even if only whispered in your head), those
times when you grumble "this isn't good enough"! "Where is my abundance"? Make the
commitment every day to seek joy.  To find it within yourself, for that's where you
hid it. To help, we will offer you the Instant Joy Process once again.    
 
You do not have to wait for something to happen to experience joy, just decide.  
This brief practice will connect you with the joy that is hiding deep within you.

Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.   Breathing from your
abdomen allow the breaths to fill you and push out your belly.  Allow
yourself to pay attention to the feeling of inhaling and exhaling.  Pay
attention to the breath.   Now focus your mind inwards, into your center. 
See in there a bright yellow ball glowing. Can you see it?  Notice how
round and bright it is, glowing bright yellow like a sun inside your belly. 
See how it radiates light outwards from it's center.  Notice that it makes
you feel lighter to "see" this bight yellow glowing ball inside of you. 

Now focusing your attention on the ball expand it so that it becomes larger
and larger. Allow it to grow so that it increases in size. Continue to increase
it in size until it fills you up inside completely.  Now put your consciousness
inside of the yellow ball and allow yourself to feel the radiating light and energy
from the ball.  Put your consciousness inside your center.  As you do allow a
smile to come to your face and allow yourself to surrender to the vibration of
the glowing yellow ball.  Feel the warmth and allow it expand from within.  Allow
it to fill you up with a happy feeling.  Allow the happiness to expand and grow
larger radiating outward.  As you dive into this energy and glow, you will not be
able to prevent a smile from appearing on your face and a feeling of warm happiness
and joy growing inside of you.  If done properly and practiced, you will experience 
a feeling of  joy so joyous you will feel about to burst.   This always works, as
long as you successfully keep your attention on the glowing yellow light within
and don't go off wandering with your thoughts.
All feelings you desire to feel are within the body and your core.  The mind only
contains thoughts and lies.  Learn to not be led around by the mind and to take
refuge in the wonderful vibrations always present in your body.  You can always
bring yourself out of your mind and back into your body by pressing your thumb
and forefinger together and feeling the pressure.
