A peaceful Sun.
 
~ The Sun is Undergoing A Shift Just Like the Earth
 
As the Collective always share, the shift we are experiencing here on
Earth and the awakening of human consciousness is not exclusive to
Earth and her inhabitants.  In fact, the whole of the Cosmos (everything that is -
all matter including dark matter and that which is not physical) is undergoing
a shift.  To make it perfectly understandable - there is ONE Being that exists
and WE and all we know of are facets of this One.  This is just like ONE
diamond with an infinite number of facets.  Each of us is a facet, yet very much
a part of the one Diamond whole.  And without the one diamond, the individual
facets would not exist.   Just as each facet of the diamond contains ALL
the properties and beauty of DIAMOND - we contain all the properties and
beauty of ONE Divine Being that we are a facet of.  Isn't that powerful to
know? 
 
You are a facet of perfection.  You are a facet of Divinity.  You are a
facet of beauty.  You are facet of all knowing-ness.  You are a facet of
Divine, unconditional Love. You are a facet of Pure Joy.  You are just
amazing!   So give yourself a break and start appreciating  yourself
more!   Without you, the Diamond whole would not be the same!

unconditional Love that she supports an entire solar system!  Our Sun is
causing alarm in the "scientific community" because she has been peaceful. 
They don't get it.  They don't realize the Sun is a living Being too.  So when
she is having a "quiet year or two" of minimal or no observable solar activity they
wonder what is wrong?  Nothing is wrong!  The Sun is undergoing the same
expansive Shift as the rest of the Cosmos and this is her experience right

~ Understanding Haiti ~ What Happened?
 
I'm sure everyone is aware of what happened on Haiti.  The earthquake of 7.1,
the destruction, the people missing in the rubble, the crumbled government,
Port Au Prince demolished, the all around disaster.  And much to it's credit,
humanity is responding in a big way with unconditional Love.  Humanity is
undergoing expansive growth with this crisis.

Why did this happen?  To understand this, we must look at the larger picture, the living
Being that we know of as the Earth.  The ground beneath our feet, that grows our food,
provides home to all the species on the planet and with it's gravity keep us from flying
off into the outer reaches of space.  The Earth is a living Being.  Just like you are. The Earth
has emotional energy just like you.  The Earth breathes in and out (expands and contracts)
just like you.
 
The Earth is undergoing changes as part of the Cosmic Shift - the Expansion of the ONE
Being.  Just like you, me and everything, the Earth too is a facet of the One Being we call
Source or God.  She is very much affected by the current Shift that we all are feeling.  
Increased energetic activity heats and cools her life blood, the magma within her inner core,
and it expands into new areas and contracts in other areas.  As the consciousness of the
Earth expands it causes increased tectonic movements (the hard plates that make up her
upper crust) and they rise, sink, shift and slide. As the plate movements increase, volcanic
activity increases, more and bigger earthquakes happen, underwater earthquakes happen
causing tsunamis, charged energy swirling into the atmosphere affects air currents which
whip up winds causing hurricanes and tornadoes. It is all normal.  It is expansion and
it is accelerated now.   The Earth is NOT falling apart - in fact quite the opposite is occurring,
she is evolving to be an "enhanced" Earth, if you will.  
 
As the acceleration of the energy of the Shift unfolds, there will be more "disasters".  Do you
not go through cleansing and release yourself just before experiencing expansion?  This is
evidence of the Earth's cleansing and release, evidence of her evolution and expansion.  Our
own expanding human evolution is calling for us all to embrace one another with the recognition
that we are all part of One living Being and by helping another we are helping ourselves too.  
Haiti's recent experience is an opportunity for humanity to bond with itself.  
 
Facets of the Divine Diamond helping other facets.  Recognition that we are all ONE Diamond.
Only good can come of this.  Wyclef Jean speaks about as we move beyond the initial rescue
and emergency response, there needs to be a focus on developing a 21st Haiti. A new Haiti,
connected and strong.

~ Being You with You - Solitude

Solitude is a vital experience we require in order to grow and
expand our consciousness.  Being by yourself in quiet with no other
distractions is one of the best ways to connect deeply with
yourself, nature and your inner voice.  Some Personality Types tend
to have a resistance to that kind of experience because of their
Focus of Attention.

However, solitude is a recommended practice for all Types and the
more you don't want to do it, the more you will grow from the
experience.

Solitude is not about being closed down or putting up walls against
intrusion. The kind of solitude that will help you grow and deepen
is when you purposely choose to be by yourself in the silence. It
is not about escaping, it is about stepping into something inviting.

If this subject is making you uncomfortable, start practicing with
thirty minutes at a time and slowly build up to several hours. Once
you have increased to that level, it is recommended that you spend
an overnight by yourself. There are many retreat centers that offer
that kind of experience in groups, if that feels safer to you, or
you can go away by yourself. 

However you orchestrate your solitude, don't take anything but a
journal to write in. No books to read, music to play or movies to
watch.  Walking in nature is recommended.  It is best to talk or
text others as little as possible.  In this fast-paced world our
nervous systems can easily be overloaded and even though your
Personality Type might crave stimulus, your body and nervous system
crave quiet and solitude.  Try it and see what pearls of wisdom and
benefits you gain.
