So all week, starting now, keep reaching for the thought that feels best,
and notice how great your week will be because of it!
Go ahead.. reach! That means when you feel bitter, grumpy, annoyed, sad
anxious, jealous.. reach for a better feeling thought. EXAMPLE: "I am furious
at Joe Shmoe over at XYZ." (feeling: anger, muscles feels tense, adrenaline pumping,
stressed, heart rate up)
BETTER FEELING THOUGHT:
"Ok so Joe really REALLY acted like a jerk, but I suppose that
everyone is entitled to act like one from
time to time. I've sure had my share of doing it!"
(feeling: Body starts to relax a bit, adrenaline begins to subside, heart rate starts to
lower, muscles relax a bit)
