articles at their request, so they are long. I have

Good morning!
We are The Collective. We are the larger part of
Amy, the part that is Source Energy and
is not expressed into the physical. Non-physical conscious energy. We are vast and large.
Each one of you has your own Collective that you can connect to. Some of you
call this
energy your Guides or your Higher Self. This is a part of you and wanting very much
to
communicate with you. Listen for them.

~ Loving Each Other - Making
a Difference (The Collective)
Today for this E-letter, we would like to speak to
you on Loving each other. Love is the
only "stuff" of Source Energy. And that being
so, it is the only "stuff" of you. You are Love,
an energy, a force - the force that brings what
you call life to all. Source is conscious as
you know and Source is Love - that makes you
expressed Conscious Love. Expressed as a
conscious though form by Source. We think that
makes you pretty special. Now what is
extra special about this expressed Conscious Love
that you are is that you are not separate
from the other expressed Conscious Love forms that
you see and experience here with you
on this planet. Even your plants and animals and
earthen materials are of this Love energy.
You arrived knowing this and then you were taught
that you were a separate solitary unit
and had to learn to fend for yourself against all
the other units. Unfortunately this teaching
is useless and causes more harm than good. So
it's time to throw it away!
We would like you to start to recognize every time
you have a thought or conclusion based
upon that faulty teaching. This might look like
you need to convince someone of something,
you have to make someone do something or protect
yourself so someone else doesn't do
something to you, you need to act assertively to
control or influence another, you feel fearful
of another because you think they have more power,
things like this. These are common
thoughts in you all. Now each time you notice
these types of thoughts we want you to stop -
and think of that person as an extension of Love
Energy - just like you are. Then take it a
step further and look at that person (if they are
not in front of you, then see them in your
mind) and know that they and you are the SAME
flowing energy. Created out of the same
Love Consciousness of Source. They are loving and
want to be loving toward you and loving
toward themselves, they may not remember how. You
have an opportunity to re-mind them
that they are a loving energy. By thinking a
thought of Love to them and acting from the
knowing that you and they are the same Loving
Source energy expressed here, you will speak
to them in a loving manner and the vibrational
frequency you emit while holding the thought
of Love will affect them. They might not remember
instantly or act that much different, but
you will have touched off a spark of re-minding
and remembering in them. This spark will
grow. You have made a big difference with such a
simple action.
You have this power to give to so called others.
The magical part of doing this is that
they are not separate from you as you have been
taught to know, but one with you, a
part of you. So when you have the thought of Love
toward them and speak to them
from this vibration of Love it returns right to
you and you FEEL GOOD! Now we realize
that a lot of you are thinking... well HOW will I
communicate my wish or my request
to them? How will I ask my question or state what
I desire from them? We are not
saying you cannot use the words to make your
request, or state your desire or
communicate your wish of them. We are saying that
normally when you do this you
are perceiving them as something outside of your
Being. We want you to see them
as something that is a part of your Being and then
communicate your request or
statement. You will receive a better response
from them because on some level
they will feel the Love. Try it, you will see, it
is magical. We cannot explain any
better than the experience will demonstrate, so we
invite you to try it and report
back to us!

~New Changes and The Breath
Tool (The Collective)
We are on a roll! Amy is letting us write a
second article! We think she truly wants a break
and when we write she sits back and only has to
allow the fingers to type! We enjoy speaking
with you so we do not mind! We hope you enjoy
hearing from us!
We will speak to you about the new changes going
on your planet. It's obvious to you all
that things are changing. They are changing in
ways you can see and changing in ways
that you cannot perceive with your 5 senses, but
you can feel them on vibrational level.
This results in many of you feeling restless,
feeling concern over things where there might
have been none before, desiring to feel loved
more, desiring to make a difference, fearing
that you are not living up to your hopes and
dreams and so many other things. You may
feel physical woes and have appetite changes and
sleep changes. You will notice you
just feel "different". This is normal.
Completely. There are new and different energies
flowing to the Earth and her inhabitants (of which
you are one) now and these energies
are "tuning" your energy receiving systems. Prior
to these energies arriving you were
tuned to receive and process energies at a
particular frequency. Now these newly
arrived and continuing to arrive energies are
tuning you to receive and process new and
different frequencies and stop processing the old
frequencies. This takes a clearing
out of the old habitual ways of processing
energy. One way you process energy is with
your thoughts another is with your feelings. So
it makes sense that your thoughts might
suddenly feel odd or different to you or
unpleasant when before they seemed to work just
fine. Feelings might be surfacing that weren't
there before and your tendency is to think
something is wrong (this is due to your faulty
teaching upon arrival here). Nothing is
wrong, things are just changing. And we
might add for the better.
So how do you handle all this newness and
unfamiliarity? By relaxing! We know that
seems counterintuitive, you want to "fight it
off", fix it, get rid of it and get back to how it
was. But that is not a possibility. This change
is not just isolated to you or your fellow
humans, it is planet wide, actually beyond planet
wide, but you need only be focused
here for now. So how do you relax when the
feelings and thoughts make you tense?
You have a magical tool! It is a gift that you
arrived with. Then you were promptly given
that faulty education and not ever re-minded about
this tool and how you can use it to
connect to your peace and joy. It is your
breath. Yes, your breath. That breathing
mechanism. You think that you need to breathe to
live, when in fact the breathing is
your joy! You live forever and are eternal energy
(but that is for another article) and in
most of the forms you are, you do not breathe.
Breathing is a gift you arrived here with
so that you could always come home to yourSelf.
Isn't that lovely! Everything was
thought of when you chose to come and be born on
Earth.
So how do you use your breath to connect? You
close your eyes and your focus your
conscious thought, awareness and attention on
the breath. In and out, in and out.
It always flows, it is ceaseless. It is the
Source within you that you find when you focus
on your breath. You may relax and enjoy the
sounds of the breath, the feeling of the
breath as it expands your lungs and fills your
abdominal area, and the sensation of the
breath moving in and down and up and out. And
magically as you focus with attention
on the breath, you will notice a beautiful joy
overtakes you from within. This joy is
accompanied by a profound peace and
deliciousness. You have come home.
Your Home is always in your center and the way to
it is your breath. So we invite you
to use this magical tool and see if what we tell
you is true. You may write to us about
your breath experiences too! We know you will be
delighted with the outcome! Then
once you are joyful and peaceful and working from
within your home (Source) you can
go about your day. Anytime your day disrupts you
(which we expect will be often until
you are more familiar with living from your
Source) you can pull out your magical tool,
for it travels with you always and find your way
back in a moment!
We remind you that you are always the master of
your moments and to use the breath
tool in each moment!
