This weekend I watched the most wonderful movie!  My friend Robert Krantz created it a few
years back and it's now online and I got it.  Just watching the short trailer on the website at
http://tinyurl.com/BobMovie will make you smile and want to wiggle!  It's full of energy,
has a great storyline and lovable characters, really great dancing, is inspirational and
will lift your heart and spirit!  It's been compared to Rocky and Flashdance. Bob calls it
the best hip shaking, romance making, God loving, family watching, breathtaking, dance

There are many opportunities and lots of changes as we head into the super powerful month
of October.  September brought us waves of new life transforming energy with the Equinox, now
we will be entering the month of October.  What makes this October so powerful is the
10-10-10 energy vortex that opens a major portal flowing in an abundance of the new energies
to Earth and us.  These new energies push us to release and let go now of old patterns and
ways that no longer serve us. This will be heightened through October and through the end of
the year.  This can be a tough time since old belief systems and ways are deeply programmed.

Since I've been participating in the energy healings, I've really felt a difference in my
