The Stories You Tell
- An Excellent Message from The Collective! -
Today we speak to you of the stories you tell the in world and how they are
tools you are
creating your life with.
There are many who are not experiencing the flow of abundance that is there birthright. They
are pinching it off, and blocking it. They desire it, yet they tell a
story and speak of their current
situation of lack. Here we use story to mean the 'tale you tell'
to yourself and everyone who will
listen about your life and yourself. It can be a tale of family woes,
money woes, relationship
woes, career woes. Regardless of the type of woeful tale, it is a story
you tell about your life.
We will tell you if you speak of lack and repeatedly tell the story of your
lack and what you do not
have and what you can not do to even one person or to yourself, you will
have that lack in your life.
It has to be. You are vibrating in accord with the story you tell. You
actions will be in alignment
with the story you tell and believe about yourself. It begins to define
you. It's vibration can only
bring you more of the same.
The way to experience abundance is to completely drop your old story. We
do not care that the
world around is not reflecting anything new yet. What you see around you
is a reflection of the
story you have been repeating endlessly for so long. There is what you
perceive as a time delay.
As soon as you create a new story and tell it only, to others and to
yourself , this new story
has come into being. You do not perceive it instantly because of this
delay, but it is there. As
you expand your conscious awareness you will begin to see it peeking in. it
is vital that you
keep telling the new story at this time and never revert back to the old
story. It is better to say
nothing than to tell the old story again. You must bury it. RIP never to
be revived again.
If you have a particularly persistent story, one you can't seem to stop
telling, we suggest this
ritual. Write your story (or type) out, every detail and take the piece of
paper and place it in a
small box. Dig a hole outdoors and place the box inside and place the dirt
on top of the box
until it is buried. Then place a little marker that says "My Story of
"name of your story" is dead,
RIP. Some possible names of stories are "My story of lack" "My story of
why my marriage
doesn't work" My story of why I can't find a job" and on. Names can be
more detailed too.
Be creative, the more attention you give to the burying of your story, the
more the mind perceives
as final. We prefer this method over the burning of the paper method
because there are so
many conscious steps involved, placing the story in the box,
finding the spot to dig, digging a small hole, placing the box in the hole,
covering the hole
with dirt, writing the marker and placing the marker. Burning is only one
step, two at best.
It will not imprint upon your mind with the same finality that burying your
old story will.
It is a simple process, truly only 2 steps. Stop telling your old story,
create and tell a new
story. What makes it challenging is to believe and tell your new story
while evidence of the
old is staring back at you. You must become blind to it. See only the
parts of your
existence that are in line with the new story. Focus on them, tell the new
story. Remember
you vibrate in accordance with the story you currently tell and believe.
To test this, try this simple task: Tell your story of woe. Tell it out loud to yourself. What
you don't have, what is missing from your life, what you don't like about
your life, Now as
you tell it let a part of you notice your body posture, the sensations in
your body. How
you feel. We think you will notice your posture is not strong and
straight, you feel a
contracted sensation in your center and you may feel tightness and rigidity
in your muscles.
Now tell your new story, the story of your dream life as if you have it
right in front of you
and are living it. If it helps close your eyes and see this dream life.
Now tell the story,
you may keep your eyes closed. Tell the story out loud to yourself or
pretend you telling
it out loud to another. Now as you tell it, notice your body posture, the
sensations in
your body, how do you feel? Is your posture strong and straight? Is there
an expansion
your chest and an openness in your center? Is there tightness and rigidity
in your body
or is there fluidity and flexibility? Your body is letting you know the
vibrations you are
giving off, in the first case, contracted, small vibrations and in the
second instance
expansive and large vibrations.
You must believe your new story. It will not work to tell your new story
while believing
in your mind that you are lying. You must believe this new story is the
way it is in
your life now. And it will be.
