Where has January gone? It was just New Year's Day two days ago! Who took

all the days? It sure is flying by isn't it? 2011 is going to be a year

experience of time doesn't fit - a year in which we see our former
experience of linear time
collapsing. We need to manage our vibration and our energy in order to
manifest the
life experiences we want to experience. Old baggage and blocks have got to be
dissolved

The Love
Vibration Attunement Process
Love. A very misunderstood word. First, Love is
not a word, it is a vibration. And a
vibration is energy. Second you are Love. You may have heard this before, but what
does it mean? Quite
simply, the energy that you are now (and you were before you
extended into physical body) is the vibration of unconditional
love. Everything that
exists is of the vibration of unconditional love energy.. It underlies all other
vibrations.
our Source (that from which you extended and to what you will return) is solely of this
vibration. In truth, it is the only REAL vibration. All other vibrations need a manifest
"being" or entity
to generate them. Your true vibration and "BEingness" is that of
Love energy.
We do not wish to harp upon this fact, because we
know that to you the word love has
many meanings. It is a noun, it is a verb, and can
with modification be used as an
adverb or adjective. What love is, is none of those really, it is a vibration and that
vibration is your TRUE vibration.
So let's take a moment to align ourselves
with this vibration, to fill ourselves up
with it before you embark upon your
day. What greater gift can you bring than to
vibrate the vibration of love in every moment, to
every being, in every encounter? This
is a very quick process and one that we recommend
you do daily when you begin your
day. It will get rid of any orneriness and set you with a feeling of expansive well being.
And you know what happens when you are vibrating with the vibration of well being,
don't you? You gets lots of things that bring you more well being!
Close your eyes. Take some nice deep breaths starting at the top of your head, see

the breath flow down your spine to your lower
abdominal area and once there, swirl it
around the area as you hold the breath in this
area. Allow it to draw up any tension in
your body and then bring it up to your mouth via the front of your body (see the breath
moving back up) and exhale it. Exhaling all the tension with it. Repeat this 3 times.
Now move your attention to the area around your heart. The heart chakra. And see
in your minds eye a
beautiful little flame burning. See the wick as if it were on a candle
and see the flame
burn, but there is no candle, just a wick and a flame burning.. This
is not an ordinary flame it is flickering and
vibrating back and forth gently with the
vibration
of Unconditional Love. Now in your mind's eye, see
this candle and use your mind expand
the flame. Make it bigger and bigger and allow it to fill up your whole heart and chest
cavity.
Now see the flame as huge, filling up your entire chest cavity. Feel the warmth of this
beautiful flame, see the glow within you. Allow yourself to feel this warmth radiating out
from your heart
center to all areas of your body. Feel the glow and feel this loving
expansion as the heat of the flame fills you.
Notice how "filled up you feel" and warm
inside you feel. Really get into the feeling of this fullness and warmth radiating and
pulsing within you. Now thank the flame and ask it to radiate
to all you meet and
encounter during the
day. Breathe in a deep breath to your lower
abdomen and exhale.
Do it again. and open your eyes with a smile upon the exhale.
Welcome back!
Now go forth and live your day as love bringing the
gift of you to all.
