I am so happy and grateful that you are here, a part of my community
together here, sharing this
moment of Now. We are
One.
Let us reach out and hold each other's energy
"hands" and together BE LOVE for ourselves and our
planet. Together we beam rays of Light and Love to
where it is needed most. Let us breathe in Love

there is the "True News". The "True News" always sees Love
expressing.

Japan: The True News
Update
The Earth is doing well. She is feeling much better after that release of
energy she had
been holding. Japan is improving too. Her people are holding the space of
Love and possibility.
Love is spreading and people are remembering how it was in the 'old days'
when people
actually cared for and about each other. Unity is thriving. People are
realizing the value
of Life and sharing it with each other. There is great joy in expressing
Love by leaving
food and water on doorsteps of those who have none, or massaging another's
stiff neck.
Japan's request is that we see all healed and resolved with the nuclear
reactors at Fukushima
calmed and a nuclear disaster averted. (the Love we have been sending has
been working.. ..
let's keep sending). And to "visualize Japan ending this threat safely and
without horrible
consequences. See Japan as a happy country with the threat gone".

visualization will work for you and result in
successful manifesting--just do it! Give it a try (with

Out of the problem
Very often, the best solution to the
problem has nothing to do with the problem itself. And
if your thinking is
trapped in the perspective of the problem, you won't be able to see the best way
forward.
Maybe the best way to fix the problem is not to fix the problem. The best way forward could
very well be to
render the problem irrelevant.
Don't focus so intently on the problem at hand that you ignore the overall picture. Your life is filled with
abundant resources, and you can utilize them in an
endless number of creative ways.
Get out of the problem and into the realm of your most positive possibilities. Visualize yourself
not as fixing what's wrong but as creating something new and valuable.
You always have the opportunity to move your life forward. Connect with your purpose, and remind
yourself of what's most meaningful to you.
Instead of being a victim of this or that, instead of getting mired in the problem, get inspired by the
possibilities. Take a healthy dose of determination from the problem, then
leave it far behind.

The story is told about a woman Zen master named
Sono who taught one very simple method of
enlightenment. She advised everyone who came to her
to adopt an affirmation to be said many
times a day, under all conditions. The affirmation

whatsoever."
Many people from all arenas of life came to Sono for healing. Some were in physical pain; others
