Talk About Energy ...

Hi ,

There is so much releasing is going on at this time! The Unity Wave is stepping up the

Light and high frequencies which are loosening up all the energy (physical, emotional,

mental) that we have been holding on to that no longer serve us. You may be feeling

this. If so, go with the flow of the release, be gentle with yourself, breathe white light

energy in through your crown chakra and through your chakra points. Keep breathing.

Drink lots of water and take it easy. If you feel you should rest or sleep ... do it. (I have

to listen to my own advice on this one!) Listen to a soothing meditation, the Golden Light

Talking about major releasing.. I just learned that Elizabeth Taylor released her physical form

and transitioned on Wednesday, the 23rd. She rode the Unity Wave and ascended by

leaving her body behind. She will be missed by many.

Tonight is an important energy night! Tonight (for some of you may be coming up very

soon or already be here) is Earth Hour! This means at 8:30 pm your LOCAL time, we turn

our lights off for one hour. It's a global statement of Love for our planet. Here is the
