Welcome to Energy Currents!  If you are new to Energy Currents, I am delighted you are here
and sincerely appreciate you.  I am grateful we are all a part of a loving community of beautiful
evolving humans expanding together in Oneness.

Imagine... You are a beautiful wave in a vast ocean of Light.  (Can you see your 'wave' body?)

only One.  We hear it and we can repeat it with conviction.  But between hearing it and living it as
so stands the chasm of the conditioned mind.  Our sweet wave dance is drowned out by the 'voice of
knowledge'  - the voice of conditioned reason. 

The Collective  have an endless commitment to your waking up and living the truth about you. 
Not analyzing it or figuring it out - but just LIVING it. Being it.  Embodying it.  Living your
'wave-being' for whatever time you are. You are the wave and what you experience as you is unique
to you in the 'moment' that is your life.

Control Versus Surrender
 
When someone mentions the word "Surrender", what does that mean to you?  We commonly
mistake surrender for giving up. Unfortunately there is a fine line between obsessive control
and determination or between surrendering and giving up.

Imagine hanging onto a small branch on the side of a cliff. You would hold on as tightly as
possible to keep from falling to the ground wouldn't you? You would grit your teeth with a
dogged determination vowing not to give up until help arrives. The last thing you want to do is
surrender to the inevitable fate of falling.

Now, what if I told you the danger is not real and that you are actually only two feet from the
ground? Would you loosen your grip on the branch? Of course you would!  This is Surrender.
It is the ability to relax one's grip on life in the place of the ILLUSION of danger.

Yes. It is possible your business might fail. Your wife or husband may divorce you. Your whole
city could be wiped out by a natural disaster or terrorist attack.  This doesn't mean you don't
do what you can to be prepared. But you are defeating yourself when you try to control things
outside of your direct influence. So Surrender is demonstrated by the willingness to let go of
the need to control things OUTSIDE of your direct influence.

Surrender happens when you do what you can do in the moment, and let go of the
things that are outside of your control.

Here is a way to experience Control versus Surrender.  Clench your fist. Make your hand so tight
that nothing can slip through into your palm. What would you do if I wanted to put $1,000 into
the palm of your hand right now? Would you keep your fist clenched or would you surrender your
clenched hand to accept what I am offering?  Life works the same way.  When your mind is
clenched, you cannot open yourself to the riches you deserve.  Here is a quote from Lao Tzu -
"He who grasps loses."  Remember it!

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation that you are making progress -

Water Made at Home in Your Fridge with this bottle!
 
The Recipe (for those who missed it last week) : 

(Important! I forgot to mention last week amounts below are for 1 gallon or 3.78 liters)
I start with 1 gallon of clean distilled water, distilled and ozonated -  just like Nature creates
it falling from the sky. I add a BIG squirt of ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Liquid (available nearly
everywhere including online, see http://tinyurl.com/TraceMinerals ).  Then I add a small pinch of
Sea Salt.  I then refrigerate this water. (I refrigerate because I haven't found a warm mountain
stream yet and I am going for authentic taste - you do not have to refrigerate)  When the water is
cool, I pour it into my Vibes UP Earth on the Bottom Bottle and let it "get charged" for  a
minimum of  20 minutes.Then I DRINK the SWEETEST, most DELICIOUSwater I have ever tasted! 
 
UPDATE:  I tried the above recipe over the weekend with Spring Water.  And have to report the
water did not come out tasting like it just flowed from a pristine mountain stream. So therefore I
recommend staying with the distilled water since it is as close to the water that falls from the
clouds into the mountain streams as we can get.
