Today I was stressing about not being able to pay
salaries. Suddenly, out of nowhere, my
boss gave me money that I was not expecting. Then again,
quite unusually, a client I
have had for a while offered me a much higher paying job.

real soon. But the best part of it all was this; I borrowed to move into my new house. Out
of nowhere, the debt was waived. Now is that something

Living From the Heart as
Love, A Necessity for Our Times
Things are changing; it's apparent. Change is everywhere
we look. The old ways, that which
we felt secure in, are now crumbling apart. We are being
bounced along a fast moving river
rapids and it's uncomfortable as we try to hang on and our
bodies and our minds tense. We
need to relax, allow and release
attachment to the way it's been and ride into the unknown. Yes,
the big dark unknown -- the one thing that the human mind
fears most. This isn't just an analogy,
it is the ride we are all on. The high frequency energies
flowing through the Earth and everything
and everyone on it are the rushing river rapids and your
raft is that which you have always believed
yourself to be. This ride won't be comfortable at all if
you "live from your mind" which seeks
what is known and tried and true and clings to all that
you have believed yourself and your world
to be. There is a new way to live going forward now to
thrive; it's called living from the Heart.
Living from the mind is not compatible at all with the
high frequency energies that are now here
on Earth and flowing through you every moment. It is
critical at this point in our evolution as we
go forward in the final 6 months of the rapid evolution
of Consciousness (the 9th Wave as laid
out in the Mayan calendar) that we live from our heart.
Most people don't realize what this means;
living from the heart is a vibration, a feeling, not
'feeling good' or having loving thoughts. Our world
is changing, our bodies are changing, the frequency
"river" is racing and the our life raft is Love.
Living from your mind and attempting to use the mind (through affirmations, beliefs, study
programs, etc) to control your life at this point in our
evolution results in:
~ feeling discomfort in your body
~ physical or mental agitation
~ anxious energy
~ ADD or ADD type symptoms
~ poor quality sleep
~ lack of peace
~ catching colds and illness easily
~ repelling money
~ relationships not working or feeling supportive and more!

The need to struggle and effort to get what we want is an illusion, and like all other illusions
(or assumptions) by their very nature they keep us from seeing the truth that's right before us.
Struggle is trying to rearrange the world so that it aligns with the way you think it should be. It is
the greatest source of unhappiness in our world today. It happens when you focus on what you
perceive you don't have, instead of embracing what you do have.
We live in a time of striking contrasts. There is tremendous prosperity for some and outrageous
poverty for others. We have so much available to us, yet we continue to strive for more and more.
So what's going on? We must change our paradigm and see abundance as a mind set. Abundance
is waking up to the reality that you are already the person you yearn to become and that you
already have everything you need in this moment.
The denial or more accurately the resistance to who you really are is what keeps you struggling.
