Welcome to Energy Currents!  If this is your first issue, welcome, I am delighted and very grateful you are here! 

 

Today I am expressing my gratitude for YOU and my Love and appreciation for YOU. I am so honored to be

entrusted by you to write Energy Currents for you each week. I am so honored and humbled to be able to be

your guide on so many healing journeys of energy and wisdom. I pour all that Love and gratitude into creating

Energy Currents for you each week.  :-)  

 

We have entered the powerful month of August.  It seems  this month is an energetic "focal point" within

thecurrent energetic shifting and build up of energy in the Ninth Wave.  So it's a month in which we really

need to mind our mindset and pay attention to our thoughts and the feelings in our body.  Especially those

thoughts that are thinking us.  Special article(s) are below on the being stuck in victim mentality and how we

victimize ourselves continually.  It's time to break the habit of victimization!  The Ninth Wave energy and the

power of August (an energetic focal point of 9th wave energy) will support your doing this.

I can't tell you how much it has helped me. I am in the best financial shape I have

been in years. We refinanced the house and brought the payment and interest way down.

I paid off my car and all my credit card debt, the mo'ney we are saving in interest is

worth it's weight in gold. We never had a mortgage at 6% and it will go down after 6 months.

I never thought we would ever get out of that hole. But we did and I thank You and the Mo'ney

Reiki healing every month. If the Mo'ney Reiki Healing has done this much for us I

can't wait to see what it will continue to do for us.

Today I was stressing about not being able to pay salaries. Suddenly, out of nowhere, my

boss gave me mon'ey that I was not expecting. Then again, quite unusually, a client I have

had for a while offered me a much higher paying job. So that is mon'ey coming in real soon.

But the best part of it all was this; I borrowed to move into my new house. Out of

nowhere, the debt was waived.   Now is that something or what?

Are You A Victim?

 

I talk a lot about victimhood because I find this is the place where most people live.  In working with

companies that have asked for my help, the first thing I look at is the manager or CEO of the company.  

In almost every single case I invariably discover that the core problem is not with the company, but with

the manager or CEO. Usually he or she is living at the victim level of awareness when it comes to his or

her business. 

Their "story" is usually how they are being victimized by their partners, employees, suppliers, the

government, etc.  Until they move out of the victim level, it is impossible for me to help their company. 

So I work on them first.

What about your life? The bottom line is if your internal story is one of victimhood, you will suffer. It is

very simple.  And if you are quite certain that you are not telling yourself a story of victimization, and

yet you continue to suffer, then I suggest you are lying to yourself. You are telling yourself some variation

of a story of how you have been wronged. Whether it is a story of God,  your parents, your current or

former husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, the government or circumstances that have wronged you,

it is all a story about being a victim.

Even the most violent aggressors, when the superficial layer of aggression is cracked, have a story of

having been wronged.  Striking out in anger against individuals, groups or countries always involves a

story of victimization.

Seeing how your victim story plays out in your life is an important step to realizing true freedom. When

you really see that your victim story has to be recreated each time it plays out, you realize you are

perpetuating it.  Playing it over and over in your mind takes energy, attention, belief, emotion and some

kind of masochistic pleasure in the pain. Yes, it is shocking!  To see this operating in you can be quite

disturbing.

To stop being a victim doesn't mean to trivialize the horror in your life, to deny it, gloss over it or repress it.

However, it does mean you don't have to justify, wail, moan, complain or seek revenge. You just leave  it

alone. It does not serve you in any way. 

Are you willing to let your stories of victimization go? Are you willing to let all those horrible aggressors

go unpunished? At a certain point you have to be willing to call it off. Are you willing to end it?  You are

free to suffer and you are free to stop suffering. No one can end it but you. That is where your true
freedom lies.  When you consciously choose to let suffering go you are free. The bondage of victimization

is thinking you do not have a  choice. You can choose to be free or you can choose to continue to suffer.

It's up to you.

You May Be Your Biggest Victimizer ... Did You Know?

 

You may be surprised to learn that people living in victim mentality abuse and victimize themselves

much more than anyone else victimizes them.  That constant judging of themselves, constant reminding

themselves of those awful experiences and using it to stop them in life.  The constant voice in the head

that puts you down, says you aren't good enough, smart enough.  That voice is NOT you.  It's what you

heard from others that became recorded in your mind and now plays back over and over and over.  Listen

to it carefully.  If you pay attention you'll notice that it doesn't even sound like you!  Notice how you feel

when this voice talks at you, you feel small, unempowered , diminished, victimized. 

 

A very simple technique for handling the voice is to thank it for sharing.  Simply thank it for sharing. Start

to differentiate between IT and YOU.  Start to make a distinction between your original thinking and the

recordings that are playing back in your mind.  Make a game of it.   Notice when you want to blame

something, a circumstance, a person, your upbringing for your current situation - that it's the voice that

is pointing out the blame.  Not you. It wants to suck you into playing the blame game and being a victim.

 

When you can differentiate easily between you and the voice, you will have created choice for yourself

and new freedom.  Discovering that you are not the voice in your head goes a long way to freeing you

to be present in the moment and to having an original present moment experience and thought. 

 

Try it!  Become conscious of the judging critical thoughts that you are "thinking at" yourself  and about 

the experiences in your day.  We have been well trained to be judging beings, and it helped us survive

in a world of duality.  It didn't make us free and  happy.  But we were safe. Or so we thought. It boxed us

in.  Now it's time to let go of the judging and the voice.  It does not serve us or enable us to BE Love if 

we are continually criticizing or finding fault with ourselves, others or our circumstances. 

 

So from this day forward...  "Thank you very much for sharing"!
