I got my loan modification approved and my finance charges went from 6.5% to 3.0%.

Also, my car insurance premium went
down $600 for a 6 month term. Also, when I
went to pay my gas bill today, I had
a $430 credit from being on the payment plan and I
guess overpaying to it. And finally, we have raised about $5K for the community festival
that I am planning, and we
