I am reconnecting with the UTTER JOY and DELIGHT i
was feeling while I wrote overnight. I am
getting reconnected. Wow! Joy and delight truly
are a CHOICE and so are fear, anxiety, upset
and stress. We can always choose in every moment
what we want to feel. I am feeling that
everything is PERFECT. Even this crash. My ezine
was too long.. now it will be shorter because
I don't have the time to make it as long. See.
PERFECT. I am joyful inside once again. Every
thing is perfect! I am smiling and laughing even
though I have to recreate and rewrite a long
newsletter. Good! Because what I have to share with you is about choice. (It turned out
long
again.. well it's worth reading!)
Joy, delight! Perfect! Every moment as perfect no
matter what happens is a choice! Our choice.
We too often choose to suffer and not see what is
as perfect and FEEL it as perfect and rejoice.
We want to change it, alter it and immediately see
where we must "do the changing" to make
it perfect. What if it is ALL perfect and it is
US who conditioned to see it as not so?

From Chained to
Freedom
Everything without exception is perfect! PERFECT!
It simply is. We might "know' this on
some level but we don't experience our
experiences this way. In every moment we have a
choice, in any
moment, at any time we can connect with the amazing perfection of it all and
dance with utter joy and delight. Sheer delight at
the moments that present themselves
in our lives. Amazing. Or we can feel
frustration, anger, anxiety and stress. How? By
choice.
It is always by choice. It is as simple as
choosing how you want to feel and then summoning
that energy up. It's so simple, yet people rarely do it - Why?
We have become slaves to our prior choices and the belief systems that sprung from them. If
we are controlled by these earlier choices, we
don't get to choose freely now, in the moment. The
choice is made for us by our prior choices. Our
prior choices are the "overlords" and we obey
blindly without even
knowing that we are doing so.
Think of your choice as a seed and the
reinforcement of that choice by secondary choices as the
roots, the trunk branches and leaves are the belief
structures that grow out of them. We sit in
the forest of our own creation, living in a world
with limited possibility of our own choosing
and
we don't even see it. We don't see the trees that
we spend our lives living to 'protect' and feed.
But we do feel something is wrong because things keep happening that are outside of our
structured choices and belief systems. When they
do, we get unhappy, fearful and confused
and
we try to change or fix them because they
"shouldn't be".
Sound familiar? ;-)
You see when we are small and malleable and
gullible, we are continually being told what is
good, bad,
right, wrong, what is acceptable and what is not, what is the way it should be
and
what is not. And because we are so moldable and want to please, be loved and
win approval, we
make quick choices that we feel will gain
acceptance, approval and love as well as safety for us.
At the moment we say yes and we make a choice - we choose to never do the opposite or anything
outside of that choice again. Each major early life choice removes 50-
90% of possibility from our
lives. Each choice also spawns a large belief structure
(tree trunks, branches and leaves) which is
acts as an "overlord" of our "new smaller world". Those belief
systems determine what we see,
experience and what we look for in life from then on.
So why can't we live happily within our self created choice structures.
If we live according to our
"rules" all should be great, right? Maybe
if we could control every single
thing that happens...
then everything would be perfect! Not
happening. (overlapping 'universes' we'll save that for
later)
So what does happen? Inevitably what is NOT
aligned with how we believe it should be
shows up.
We are outraged, upset and that deep part within us
fears that all will fall apart since it SHOULD
NOT be this way. We feel a multitude of little
child irrational feelings and fears and
frantically
look to see how we can change the situation that is
not fitting the world that we created through
our
choices We sabotage
ourself - we trip, we fall, we fail, and we hurt. And we get more upset and
more tense and more frantic and fearful. This is NOT how it is supposed to be. Not at all. Why is
this happening?
What if it is exactly how it
supposed to be. And what if without being slave to the past
choices
you would really enjoy the diversity of Life being
the way it is. I don't mean once, but every single
time "oh no" shows up or something outside of your
tightly constructed world happens. And
no
matter what shows
up, you don't rush to examine it for the opportunity - where is the joy in that?
Another belief system that you were taught and you chose and assimilated: that every thing that

shows up that is not to my liking must have meaning or something to teach me. Maybe it just is
something that you shut out of your world by choice and "it" is supposed by happening
exactly
as it is. And all you have to do is rejoice in it's perfection! To feel joy and
delight and frolic and
laugh in it's beingness. Do you know what that brings? Freedom! Absolute
freedom! Imagine
that! No more chained by choices made decades earlier and ill-fitting belief systems.
So LET'S UPROOT the tree and let the light shine on
the roots. As the original belief tree dies
it takes wtih it all of it's sprouted branches of
supporting beliefs. Without the original tree, the
secondary trees begin to die too. And you are
free. Free to experience possibility and plant
new seeds and grow new trees that are in line you
as you want to experience the world. Or you
can be brave and decide to remain as fresh as a baby and be open to
whatever comes your way!.
Now THIS is where it gets FUN! :-D Over the past 8 days
I have been receiving that The
