Answers!
I recently received a
very good question from one of the participants in the Multidimensional Healing
sessions and thought it would be useful to you, so I am answering it in Energy Currents. The question is paraphrased
below: ANSWER: Yes, energy
deficient people can and often do feed off of your energy, especially when you
are vibrating at a higher frequency than they are. All of the healing sessions I
do raise your vibrational frequency very high. So compared to you, energetically
they are starving and to them you appear to be feasting. It's usually not done
consciously with malicious intent, it's really a playing out of old habitual
patterns in those who are 'stealing' your energy. These are the very patterns
that are preventing them from aligning with and receiving energy themselves.
Their habit has them seeking to 'steal' energy based upon the programmed
unconscious belief that energy is limited and not in infinite supply for all.
To understand how this 'stealing' happens, consider water in two containers connected by tubing. The water in the full container will always flow into the container with less water until the two become equal and stasis is achieved. This is what happens with someone whose energy is low. They have a collection of behaviors (like initiating fights, slinging comments that 'wound', or just droning on and complaining) that act as the 'tubing' to siphon the energy from you who are full, to them who is empty. You end up having your vibrational frequency lowered as theirs increases until the two are the same. Sometimes they can even put you into a downward spiral so that you continue to leak energy throughout the day. This leaves you feeling awful and disempowered. What to do to stop this draining from happening? Each morning visualize a protective bubble of White Light surrounding you and filling your aura. Jim Self of Mastering Alchemy recommends imagining a red rose 3 feet out from your body between you and the other person. A rose is a very high frequency and acts a barrier between your energy and other's energy. Recognize the 'energy drainers' in your environment and excuse yourself from interactions with them quickly, don't get involved or sucked into discussions with them or listen to their complaining. Be vigilant and recognize that if given the opportunity the energy drainers will 'steal' energy from you. You always have the ability to block this. Also remember that there is an infinite supply of energy that YOU can tune into it at any time because you know how. So if you feel drained, take a moment, close your eyes and focus on your breath, feel the energy flowing in through your crown and allow yourself to be refilled. I hope this has been helpful! If you
