Welcome to Energy Currents! Energy
Currents is a living publication and it is infused with beautiful energy that
you can FEEL as you read. I hear from subscribers all the time how they feel
the energy! If you are new to Energy Currents, it is my intention that you be
inspired and uplifted and of course, feel the energy! (The energy is so

I did something that I do from time to time, I answered a
subscriber's question in Energy Currents because I felt it is something that
everyone is experiencing. The question was about the 5D energy and what we can
expect while we acclimate to them physically, emotionally and energetically.

Energy?
Recently I was
asked some excellent questions about the effects of the new 5D energy by a
subscriber and client. She wrote: "I do not
feel totally 100% myself energetically, I thought it might be the new energies
in this year. How long will this last? And will the 5D energies increase and
how will they effect us going forward in regard to our energies, how can we help
ourselves from being so effected?" Since I sense that many of you are also feeling
different this year, as I notice I am, the answer to these
questions will benefit all. So I am answering the questions
here. "The energies of 2013 are a much
higher frequency than what has been present on Earth in 2012 and earlier.
Currently the energy frequency of 5th Dimension (5D) is present, along with
frequencies of 4D, 6D, 7D and even 8D. The frequency of 3D is gone. We have
been used to operating within the 3D energy frequencies and occasionally
accessing 4D energies. Now that familiar frequency is gone. It's as if a rug
has been pulled out from under us. In addition, in order to be compatible with the
5D energies our bodies are being reconfigured to be aligned energetically to
hold the higher frequencies.. This requires a physical "redesign" of our
cellular matrix since the 5D frequencies hold more Light than either the 3D and
4D frequencies. Our bodies are being altered on a deep cellular level to a more
crystalline structure. The crystalline structure is more symmetrical and is
able to hold more light and can resonate comfortably with the 5D energy. In addition to this physical upgrade, emotionally
all the patterns that we have leaned upon in 3D are no longer supported. You
may still be acting in accordance with the patterns out of habit, but without
the dimensional support, it's feels a bit like walking out on a bridge that no
longer has it's supports in place. It sways, it swings, it sinks, it wobbles,
it's unsteady. This creates a deep level stress to continue the 3D patterns.
Since most people don't realize that they are even expressing old 3D habitual
patterns, they experience the stress of being an energetic 'mis-match' for the
energy currently on the planet.
How long will all this feeling "out of synch" or
feeling not 100% right last? Until we are fully physically rewired to match the
5D energy and until we become aware of and release all the old 3D habitual
patterns and emotional reactions. The length of time will vary for each
person. By being conscious and aware of how you are feeling moment by
moment, your habitual reactions (physical and emotional), consciously choosing
to live from the Heart* and working to cultivate feelings of Source based Love,
appreciation and well-being you will be more comfortable and move more easily
through this period of "rewiring" and adjustment. If your body wants to rest,
allow it to. Be sensitive and tuned in to what your body wants to eat and don't
feed it according to mental cravings or what you think it should have. Tune in
and listen to the signals. I would expect that you will be feeling 'out of
sorts' and not quite yourself energetically for the better part of this year.
If you do as suggested, you should begin to feel better and settle in during
the latter 6 months of the year. *The Heart is naturally aligned with the higher
dimensional energy, so it is important to live from the Heart. Doing so you
will feel more in tune with the flow of the planet and the current frequencies.
