The Grass is Always Greener Over There-> The grass always seems greener somewhere other than where we are, doesn't it?
We humans tend to covet the "green grass" over there continually. Too often we neglect to celebrate and appreciate what we have, our "grass", and look at the "grass" over there more favorably. Then we too get our heads stuck in the fence... ok, well maybe we are a little smarter than the cow! :-)
Instead of looking over at the OTHER side of the fence and deciding to move there, only to discover once you are there the grass now looks greener either where you just came from or somewhere new. Choose to BE all sides of the fence instead. This is truly what you are anyway. ALL of it. It is just our learned limitations
and programming (beliefs) that make it seem otherwise. The opportunity is not to be this or that, but to BE the space that encompasses all of it in every moment.
Being all sides of the fence at once is living as an awakened conscious expression of Source and living from the Heart. Doing so transcends the programmed beliefs and limitations of the mind. When you connect inwardly with your Heart and intuitively listen to it's guidance, you are tapping into the Love Force and Source Consciousness.
People are quick to grab onto limitations in their search for greener grass and not realize that is what they are doing. Even things that may appear to be helpful can be removing possibilities from your life. We are surrounded with an ever growing myriad of things that profess to be the solution we are seeking to our perceived roadblocks. Many of them are wonderful. The only thing that you need to be aware of is that as soon as you choose one as your way, you have eliminated something else.
Choose with wisdom.
For example, let's look at a personality test. People take the test and embrace the results, deciding to make their life choices now according to these test results. By agreeing to label or limit themselves according to the results and
operate within the specific recommendations, they are shutting the door on many possibilities that would have been available to them otherwise. While focus has it's merits, evolving Consciousness is continually asking us to EXPAND and widen our vision in every moment, to see more and be more, not less.
Starting today, commit yourself to noticing how often you eliminate possibility from your life. Every choice you make eliminates something. As you notice, choose to do something different, to follow the path less traveled, and see what shows up for you when you do.
