THURSDAY: September 26 - The EQUINOX Multdimensional Money Reiki Session

The Equinox Multidimensional Money Reiki session is a very special Energy session channeling the powerful energy of the September Equinox. The Power of Stopping Your Mind
(Beyond silencing)
|
There is a reality beyond that which you see, taste, touch, smell and hear and it is all around you. As a matter of fact all that you know and experience through your senses - the physical world of sights and sounds and things that seem very solid is only YOU perceiving and then interpreting this other reality.
You have become so good at this interpreting - so adept at doing it - that you do not even know that you are doing so. You long ago stopped being aware of the expansive multidimensional, vibrational reality beyond your five senses. Beyond that which you think of as real.The truth is, they are one and the same. But because you only have five senses in the physical world through which to perceive and interpret this amazing reality, you can only focus on a tiny speck of at any time.
This expansive multidimensional, vibrational reality contains everything. ALL that is, ALL that has ever been and ALL that will ever be. That means that ALL you have wished for and wanted is right here, with you, in this expansive vibrational reality. And you are immersed in it. But because you only have FIVE senses with which to perceive and interpret this reality to translate the vibrational reality to what you experience as your physical reality, you must learn to direct your attention (we can call it the direction in which you look) and direct your focus (we can call it how precisely and intently you look) into this vibrational reality.
Imagine your attention is your gaze. Imagine your focus is the clarity and sharpness with which you gaze at is perceived and thereby experienced by you.
What makes such a simple thing complicated is that you are not gazing with your physical eyes, which after living and functioning in what you perceive of as a physical world. You are gazing with your true eyes. You are also not focusing with your physical mind, which you have become so accustomed to turning over control of where you attention is directed and focused to. You are focusing with your true mind; your vibrational heart.
This would be the most natural thing in the world for you if you could stop your mind from perceiving, interpreting and projecting slices of this expansive vibrational reality. If you could; your world would suddenly no longer be limited to the 1% you perceive and project. You would be knowing ALL of it. ALL of ALL that is. And when you did -- you would experience bliss beyond anything that you could ever conceive of knowing; wealth and abundance beyond any you could ever conceive of or dream of experiencing, love beyond anything that resembles what you have thought love is. Because ALL of it is here for you right now. Just as soon as you 'stop' your mind and directly know (experience/feel/BE) the reality that is bigger than your mind can perceive.
So how do you do that? Does it take years of training? Brain entrainment? Hypnosis? Deep relaxation?
None of these. Stopping the mind from interpreting the expansive reality around you and projecting it's interpretation (which you then perceive as "reality") is simply a matter of keeping the mind busy with something so intensely that it "stops cold". The Buddhists had the right idea with the use of koans. The koan is a question, an inquiry that has no answer. The asking of a koan is not to elicit the correct answer, or even any answer, but to 'bind up' the "computer" that is the human mind so intensely with a puzzle it cannot solve, it temporarily "breaks".
An analogy for this can be shown with the muscles of the body. Muscles of the body go into spasm for a variety of reasons. When they do, they get "tied up" holding tight to a contracted position with the muscle fibers very busy working to hold this contraction. You experience pain, an experience of closing down and limited movement. However, a muscle can be made to release a spasm naturally by distracting the muscle. Muscle fibers cannot do two things at one time, so asking it to do a specific movment has to release the contraction of the spasm. This is the basis for physical therapy.
The mind, like the muscle has a thought pattern that it can get contracted around - stuck repeating. It loses it's "elasticity" and becomes stuck in rigid, closed thinking or a thought pattern. Essentially the mind is in a mental spasm and is 'tied up' holding this contracted position dooming you to cyclical thought patterns and a repeating pattern of experience in your life. Your life is closed down and you can't seem to move beyond where you have been. You need to release the mental spasm. It is done in much the same way as it is done releasing a muscle spasm. The mental spasm is released by using the mind to perform the function for which it is really designed, interpreting, solving, evaluating and looking into. So when you present the mind with a puzzle it cannot solve, for which there is no answer, the mind WILL devote it's effort to trying to unlock the key to the solution of the puzzle and when it does you will have SPACE in which to see beyond your perceived physical world into ALL that is there for you!
So you could say you make yourself think more intensely with such focus that the mind simply lets go of it's "spasm"!
This is opposite of all the practices designed to quiet the mind. Everyone who has tried to 'quiet their mind' can attest to the fact that this is impossible. There is always mental chatter lurking about. The best you can hope for is putting your awareness and attention and focus on something distracting, like your breath so that you don't notice the mind chattering away.
What if instead of trying to focus away from the chatter, you learned how to stop the "mental spasm" through truly stopping the mind discovering the delicious possibility and the energy ready to molded by you that is present when you do? Would you like to give it a go?
Below are a few Koans you can practice with. Remember, the goal is not to answer the question with the rational mind but to look beyond ... A koan cannot be solved by intellectual arguments, logic or reason, nor by debates such as whether there is only mind or matter. Choose one koan and BE with it, live with it, breathe it. Focus your mind upon it
but do not try to figure it out. The goal is expansion of consciousness and awareness.
* If everything returns to the one, where does the one return to?
* All phenomena are impermanent. Everything that is born must finally die. What is born, and what dies?
This was a very powerful one for me:
* An ox passes through a window. Its head, horns, and four legs all pass through. Why can't it's tail pass through?
And this one stopped my mind and ALL projected reality for 45 minutes!
