This New Moon in Libra is a time to work on re-balancing our relationships, and to recognize our partners as teammates rather than adversaries. With this potent Libra energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives. 

Some of Libra's "opportunities for personal expansion" involve learning to make peace with those around us, as well as in our environments, establishing a sense of order and balance in our lives, and recognizing the value of partnerships. This is an ideal time to work on these skills. Libra has an innate ability to, and love of, synthesizing opposites.  Libra rules relationships with others as mirrors of ourselves.  Peace and harmony is the goal, but there's a fine balancing act involved along the way that requires some commitment and effort.

This New Moon brings fresh and creative energy into our lives, and more specifically, into our relationships. (Relationships means any relationship with anyone or thing, even momentary)  This is a cycle in which balancing our close personal relationships becomes an urgent desire. Negotiations may be especially effective, as we are inclined to assert our needs in ways that don't offend others. However, with the New Moon opposing Uranus and square Pluto, we can encounter resistance and possibly power struggles.

As you may know, a New Moon is when we set our intentions powerfully by writing an Abundance check.  Writing an Abundance check on the New Moon is a time honored tradition to bring on Abundance and Good Fortune!  

The most potent time to write an Abundance Check is the first 8 hours AFTER the exact time of the New Moon; within the first 48 hours will still work.

  I know it may be inconvenient, but yes, it makes a HUGE difference when you write your check when the moon is not Void of Course!   

  ►Within 24-48 hours of the New Moon (see best times above), take a check out.
      Where it says Pay to," write your name.   

  ►In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar amount write "Paid in full."

  ►On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar amount, write "Paid in full." [I find it works better if you don't add the squiggly line.]

  ►Sign the check: "The Law of Abundance"

• Do not put a date on the check.
• Do not write a specific dollar amount in the check.
• It's perfectly ok to draw a check on a piece of paper if you don't have one.  It works the same!
• I have provided two special checks that can be used if you do not have one (links are above)

   ► Put it in a safe place and forget about it.  Just hide it away and let it be. Then relax and welcome in the abundance!

It is ok to write your intentions on the back of the check or in the memo section, but not elsewhere on the check.
