Welcome to Energy Currents! I am so glad that you are here. Energy Currents is a living publication and it is infused with beautiful energy that you can FEEL as you read. I hear from subscribers all the time how they feel the energy! If you are new to Energy Currents, it is my intention that you be
inspired and uplifted and of course, feel the energy! (The energy is so powerful, at times it can mess up the formatting! So if you see anything odd, you can be assured that this issue contains VERY powerful energy!) I have decided to surrender to the formatting energies and choose peace!

feel so "discombulated" lately! T
oday, Tuesday we have the influence of "wounded healer Chiron" in a 'stressful square aspect' with communicator Mercury. Maybe this is why I can't seem to get a straight sentence out in any form. I do have to laugh at myself because it's been like a comedy of errors. We had a bit of snow here today, our first small accumulation of the year, and typical of the day today; I shoveled a step and then turned to shovel another step and promptly dumped the snow on the step I just shoveled. :-/ Then I cleared some snow off my car and promptly had it land on me. Apparently I wasn't communicating too well with the shovel either!
Other than the recent comedy of errors, December's energy feels more comfortable than November's to me. The energy is still intense this month, but there is something very loving and exciting about it. Throughout 2013 the very intense energies brought new experiences, change and challenges to nearly everyone. A lot of people chose to leave their physical body this year in the midst of all the intensity. The December 27 Multidimensional Money Reiki Session
is going to be very empowering, liberating, balancing and will energetically close out the rollercoaster ride of 2013 and prepare us for the incoming intense energy of 2014. (Another intense one is coming our way!) . We can be with this energy as a powerful OPPORTUNITY for change, expression of our higher purpose and to BE an embodiment of Love in the world. Or we can allow ourselves to feel helpless, victimized, bounced around by the energy frequencies and not feel good. A VERY Powerful Solstice December Multidimensional Mo.ney Reiki Session is December 27

The December MMR is channeling the very powerful, Light aligning energy of the December Solstice! Solstices, like Equinoxes, produce very powerful Energy and MMR sessions. At the moment Comet ISON is missing in action, and has been pronounced "dead" but I would not be surprised if we suddenly see a burst of Light from this comet. Commit A Random Act of Kindness!

Practicing "random acts of kindness" is an excellent focus of attention and energy. It is especially true if you are someone who is caught up in your own world so much that you seldom see the opportunities that exist around you for lending just a little touch of kindness. If you are feeling your life (or your bank account - your job -your relationships) is less than what you wish it to be now; transform your experience by practicing a few random acts of kindness.
What better time than the holiday season to 'commit' some random acts of kindness?
Your actions can be so simple; give the cashier eye-contact and genuinely say thank you, hold the door open for the elderly person with a cane, carry something for someone whose hands are full or thank the people you live with for doing their share of the load around the home.
Think back to a random act of kindness someone did for you and how good it felt. If you are someone who prides yourself on being self-sufficient, the next time someone offers you a random act of kindness, receive it. You will be giving both of you a gift.
Notice all the times you have opportunities to bestow a kind act on someone and listen to the reasons you don't do it. Some of the most common excuses are being too busy, not wanting to interfere or be intrusive, or not knowing what to say or do. There are no right or wrong ways to be kind. Dare to push your limits a bit and take the first step. As you do, you expand and create the space for more possibility to flow into your experience in your life.
This week practice a random act of kindness and tell no one about it. Then notice how you feel. Can you feel the expansion in your center? Can you feel the warm energy flowing within your heart? Make a game of it, see how many random acts of kindness you can offer, create some momentum. Enjoy the yummy!
Why do random acts of kindness feel so good when we practice them? Because we truly are all one and when you offer kindness to another, you are offering it to an aspect of yourself. Often it is easier for us to do something kind for another than to do it for our self. When we do, we discover that WE feel magically better as we make someone else feel better. We feel appreciated as we appreciate another.
As you feel better, you are raising your vibration and this higher vibration attracts like energy to it, more good feeling experiences. Pretty soon things will be flowing happily in your life and you find yourself hooked on offering random acts of kindness.
