It's Your Projection!
As humans,
experience tells us what is so, what is "real". Experience is our teacher. (not
words). Experience and perception = what we consider to be real for us. Find
a TECHNIQUE to practice (like meditation is a practice) and
with which to create NEW experiences. The more you practice it, the
more skilled you will be at using it.
As humans what we expect is what
we project vibrationally. What we project, is matched in vibration and when
enough like vibrations come together, we experience something we can then
perceive. We call this manifestation. It may be manifestation of situation,
emotion, inspiration, object or objects. Then this is perceived manifestation
(a result of our projection) is what we call our reality.
Unfortunately, what we expect in any moment is
automatically what we have been taught to expect (programming we received) from
childhood unless with awareness, we deliberately choose
something different.
That is why being fully present in the moment is so
important! If we don't remind ourselves to be present here now in the moment,
the programmed, habitual way of Being takes over. (Most people are not in the
present, they are living from their past or projecting forward into their future!)
And this is exactly how and why we experience
the same reality over and over and over!
Remember life is not a 'do or die' situation and
in fact... the more IT FEELS like 'do or die', the MORE you have to lighten up,
let go of the controls and relax in order for the creations
you want - to show up!
