Just like a movie projector projects a story onto a screen, you project a story into your reality and live in it. To bring to you a reality that you are desiring, all you need to is TUNE YOUR ENERGETIC VIBRATION to the feeling of having it, which in nearly every single instance is delight, joy, gratitude and appreciation. Everything that is able to be experienced in what you experience as your reality is vibrational energy that is being ATTRACTED by and reflects exactly the vibrational energy you are emitting. This is referred to as the "Law of attraction" because it never fails to work. As a human being, you FEEL emotions (emotions are vibrating energy which you feel in the body) and DIRECT this powerful vibrating energy through your attention (focused thought). FEELING + FOCUS = what your reality shows up as. FEELING (emotional energy) + FOCUS (on what's wrong) = getting more experiences of what's wrong. A truth of our human reality is ... if you BELIEVE IT, you will see it. So believe something based on what you perceive (old energy creations) and you will absolutely see more and more evidence of it as your reality. Declare something (unseen so far, that you would like to see) and be convinced it is there so strongly you live it as so, you will absolutely see it as your reality. Choosing
feelings (emotional vibrations) and focusing takes only the discipline
to do so. Breaking old energy habits, both feeling and focusing, is
like breaking any habit, it takes commitment and focus. You need to
drop (let go of, release) your 'old thinking and emotional energy
habits' and be HERE, Now. You absolutely have free choice and you can
perfectly choose to create either what you don't want or hate or what
you do want and love!
