The Intensive Energy Continues! Ways to Ground and Flow with the High Frequencies

Hi ,

I hope you are doing well navigating through the amazing intense energy that is
flowing this week. Don't look for it to let up in October, it won't much at all. We
currently have momentum and an Eclipse Portal opened by the 2 eclipses in Sept.
which are serving to 'whoosh' that powerful high frequency energy right in!

So remember to drink lots of water, connect with your breath (eyes closed is best)
and most importantly, connect with the Earth. Remember to ground (create an
electromagnetic grounding cord of Light from your root chakra center right down
and into the heart of the Earth.   Imagine a beam of brilliant white Light beaming
down with golden Light wrapping around it like a wire, this connects you both
electrically and magnetically.

To soothe, balance and bring yourself comfortably up to a higher frequency more
similar to the high frequency energy flowing, I highly recommend the Golden Bliss

If your weather permits, sit on the Earth, walk or stand barefoot on the Earth so
the Earth energy can flow right into you bringing you into resonance with it's frequency.
