Happy Equinox !

Can you feel the powerful and delicious Energy that has been flowing all day today? 
This is a very powerful Equinox in a very significant and intense Energy month and year. 
Take time to breathe today and to center and ground yourself.  I included instructions below
for a simple, yet very powerful, meditation you can do in a few short minutes today or any day.

 Whoa... what a super powerful energy day today is!  I could feel the energy intensity from early overnight with the arrival of the Equinox.  And the intense, energetic Aries energy is a huge contrast to the laid back Pisces energy.   I'm sure you could feel all this energy too.  The tendency might be to jump in and go crazy today 'Doing' when the time of Equinox, which is a time of balance and stillness, will serve us better if we place some emphasis on just 'Being' in stillness today.   In the Northern hemisphere, Vernal Equinox brings energy for rebirth, emergence and forward movement as we burst forth (like a Spring blossom) into our most powerful expression.  In the Southern hemisphere, the Autumnal Equinox brings energy to focus and look within and connect deeply with yourself clarifying your intention and direction preparing yourself for powerful evolution.   And to those lucky enough to be on or close to the Equator, the Equinox brings the energy of both hemispheres with an emphasis on Divine balance.

A POWERFUL MEDITATION FOR EQUINOX DAY  (can also be on used ANY day!)
A powerful thing to do on the Equinox day is to draw in the powerful energy into our Energy Bodies and expand our Energy Field.  Here's how: 

Close your eyes, focus on the Higher Heart Center (can put your hand over the heart to focus your attention) and just BREATHE deeply focusing on the in breath and the out breath. Breathe in slowly, counting slowly to 9, then exhale slowly also counting to 9.  (2016 is  a Nine Year and March is the 3rd month.  Three 3's are 9.)  Breathing to the count of 9 is especially empowering today.   As you breathe in and out slowly to the count of 9 focus your attention on your Higher Heart Center, place your hand over the Heart Center to help you focus,  feel the Light and Energy intensify in the Heart with each in breath.   Breathe radiant Divine Light Energy in  with each slow breath and as you breathe out -- feel your breath exhaling out through every pore of your body filling the space around you and creating a beautiful Golden Light bubble around you.  See how large you can expand the Golden Light bubble outward. 

Feel your consciousness expanding with the Light Bubble.  See how big you can become.  Feel the Light full of Love and Joy building within  you and around you.  Feel it as warm and embracing like a GIANT HUG.  Feel the gratitude overflow from your Heart outward into the expanded field of Light around you.  Feel it expand to flow the Light, Love and Gratitude through your home.  Then expand it outward through your neighborhood, then flowing it outward throughout your city or town, continue expanding it to flow it throughout your entire state and then country.  Then feel this gorgeous field of Light filled with Love and Gratitude expanding and flowing around the entire planet.  SEE in your minds eye the BEAUTIFUL Golden Love Light emanating from YOUR Heart Center wrapping all the way around the Earth.  Feel the  Profound Joy in that!  Feel the Profound Love and Gratitude that is overflowing your Heart.  Feel your connectedness to the Earth and ALL Beings.  When you are ready to end the meditation, do so in any powerful loving manner that feels right to you.  You will feel in the moment the perfect way for you to close your meditation.  Enjoy basking in the glow!  Do not leave out the basking!
