As we see with the New SuperMoon in Aries, the focus of this month is all about sprouting forth into our glorious Self Expression and expressing our individuality.  The Light arriving during this month shines Light on our path.

I just received a link to the recording of the live Q & A with Mark Waldman did yesterday about the brain and have been watching it.  You can watch the video recording on this page, there is no opt-in!  Mark answers great questions including does the Heart think?  (a really good question!)

Mark is someone who knows a lot about the state of Enlightenment and the brain.  He is a well known neuroscience researcher and author of the best selling book "How God Changes Your Brain".  His in-depth research has been published in neuroscience and psychology journals throughout the world (scroll down on the Q & A video page to read more about Mark's award winning works).  In this Q & A he answers some really great questions about consciousness, enlightenment and the brain. 

Some of the questions he was asked and answered are:  What is the heart-brain connection?   Does intuition come from the gut?   How do you overcome trauma and negative associations in the brain?    What is reality, awareness and consciousness and does it come from the brain?   How do we get more control of our subconscious mind?
