I Had to Share This With You! ... Slow Down! 💐

I totally resonate with this message and had to share it with you!

This resonated so powerfully when I read that! Lately I've been trying to override a strong desire to slow down telling myself I have to 'get moving' and push forward. Seeing this message, I know that giving myself permission to be in 'slow lane' is perfect. I can feel the "everything is perfect-ness" in my desire to "slow down". I sense if you give yourself permission to SLOW down I think you will feel something shift within you too. Take a breath... slow down, let it be ok with you to not push and see how you feel.
We humans are so conditioned to push ahead, to produce, to DO something but the energy right now with 4 planets in retrograde is asking us to slow down. The energy is asking us to get to know ourselves better, spend some time just with ourselves (not escape ourselves with diversions and distractions and others) and to connect with our own loving planet, Earth. This is a perfect time to strengthen our heart-mind connection and our Source-heart connection. It's slow lane time, time to mosey along and not push to get things done, but instead to savor the slow journey down the road. [mosey: to walk or move in a deliberate slow and relaxed way]
We are never off our path... we are always on our path, we may just be taking a more scenic, relaxing route. But we will get to where we want to be ... just now honor the slowness and yourself and let it be ok if you aren't as productive as usual right now or as motivated. Tune into the energy and the slow lane and you may just discover an amazingly delicious new kind of journey! A slower, more savoring journey.
