Angry Lately?
There is an increase in the intensity and frequency of energy flowing through us recently. As the energy intensifies, it can be experienced and expressed as anger by us. Have you been noticing that you are quicker to react and flare up over situations or at others recently? You aren't alone. There has been an observable increase in 'angry energy' in our larger human community lately.
Being spiritually focused beings, we want to be loving and accepting all the time. We want to uplift, not lash out and when we do we often make ourselves wrong when we experience the quite human experience of anger. Some people deny anger's expression and instead end up becoming ill, often experiencing headaches or body aches. You cannot suppress such a powerful energy without repercussions.
It doesn't serve us to make ourselves wrong over the very natural energetic expression of anger. As Human Beings, anger is a normal part of our emotional experience. Anger is actually a vehicle for change and growth. It's heat burns away that which is not longer serving us, that which is of an old archetypal energy that we have outgrown. Anger can fuel our stepping forward into something new, something bigger faster, arriving at a more evolved expression of our self. Anger can bring the release of suppressed energy and new clarity; even a new determination in our expression. The flame of anger is like an oven whose heat stokes the fires of creativity and creates a clearing for the creation of something new.
So the next time you experience a flash of anger, don't make yourself wrong for the emotion. Instead feel it, notice it's intensity and see if you can see where within you it's activating. Appreciate the heat of anger for the burning off of something that needs releasing and for the charged energy which you can channel into something new and powerful!

"I wanted to give you an update on what has transpired in my life over the last year. I waited to email because the flow of the energies continued to manifest so many things, it was like a train moving faster and faster.
In early 2015, we decided it was time to start looking for our new home. We found a new community that resonated. We pushed against it as we did not want to go through building a new home. Finally we paid a visit, loved the community (everything felt right)...and started the building process. The money needed to start the process was readily available. We "moved in" on January 1st with only minimum stuff and no furniture. But, it felt so much like we were suppose to be here that it didn't matter. We Are Home! The energies were glowing, positive and joyous.
Other events that have occurred: We decided to wait until after we moved in to put our townhouse up for sale. It went on the market on Jan 8 and was sold 5 days later with full asking price and NO closing costs for us, plus a 3 week closing date. We wanted to go back to Panama (we had an exchange student many years ago and we became her second "mom & dad) ... this October we are taking both our daughters, son in law and 2 grandsons to Panama for 5 days, We manifested a place to stay within 10 minutes from our "Panama family". Everything is falling into place.
Amy, thank you for all of this. More and more opportunities are falling into place I am feeling more at peace and am "allowing" things to play out as they should. I am not replaying old events as much, and when I do, they disappear quickly. I feel more at ease with myself and any situations that arise. We are more financially secure and when things come up where additional funds are needed, they manifest. Thank you for being a part of that change."
