I know I have been "missing" but I am back - for the moment - from my PC nightmare!  On a very naked and empty PC.  It's still not over, but hopefully it will be soon.  I had to wipe my drive contents bare and need to once again and reinstall a new operating system ... again.  Hopefully this time it will be the right one!  All the "tech drama" has left me fuzzy brained (what a visual! 😄 ) but I had to tell you about a very special angel that helped me out!

So... I had to do this scary techie stuff I'd never done before, wiping clean my hard drive, deleting partitions (IT speak) and installing a new Operating System. (IT speak for demolishing my computer as I know it and making it naked and bare) Guiding me through this operation was some very special support from a very special person!  Moncef!  So happened that just before I was going to begin I received an email from Moncef and remembering that he was somewhat techie, I asked him if he knew how to do this.  He found me awesome videos and instructions to guide me through the long process.  It was so comforting having someone there letting me know what to do.  Moncef ended up supporting me through the nerve wracking process for 3 hours+!  So amazing!   So I am asking for your help in repaying his amazing kindness.
