The Solstice Energy is still flowing !

That means you may notice that you are feeling the effect of this powerful energy.   Here are a couple of things to be aware of with this powerful Energy flowing and how to neutralize them..

1.  You may feel spacey, floaty, light headed or dizzy.  If so, it's the energy.   Be still, sit if possible and focus on your breath flowing in and out.  Breathe slo-owly.  Pay full attention to the breath. Then imagine a beam of Light going straight into the Earth, to the heart of the Earth, connecting you to the heart of the Earth.  Feel this beam of light as it connects to the center of the Earth.  Feel yourself connected at your root to the heart of the Earth.  You should feel better, centered and grounded.

2. You may be forgetful and more unconscious than usual.  If so, notice it.  Be still, close your eyes and focus your attention and awareness in your heart center.  Breathe in and out slo-owly.  Feel your mind and awareness centered together in the heart.  Now take the togetherness of  the mind and awareness into your moments.  Be present in each moment with awareness.  You will not forget while being fully present and doing with awareness.

3. You may be cranky, grumpy, angry, impatient, annoyed.  Yep the Solstice energy can bring out these emotions!  If you are feeling any of these emotions, close your eyes.  Breathe in slo-wly, follow the breath down and then out slowly.  Repeat.  Visualize the emotion you are feeling as a fire. Imagine it in front of you, jumping and flickering big flames.  The bigger the emotion you are feeling, the bigger the fire.  Once you have the fire visualized, take a deep breath and imagine it a cold, icy breath.  Exhale blowing out slowly toward the fire.  Watch the life go out of the fire.

Any other unusual emotion or feeling you are experiencing today and even tomorrow is likely due to the energy.  Being still for a moment and remember focusing on following the breath will help any unusual feeling that comes up.

Now that you are equipped to handle anything the Solstice Energy may throw at you, have fun!
