Close your 2 eyes (if you have 3 eyes, close 3!). Then slowly take a BIG and VERY DEEP breath. (no gulping air) Hold it for exactly 11 seconds (count slowly) and then exhale slowly. As you are exhaling feel yourself exhaling EVERYTHING blocking you from connecting your magical Self.
Then Repeat the whole cycle twice more. So you have done this cycle for the magical number of 3 times. (Remember to count slowly to 11!) If after doing it 3 times you don't feel the little twinkle of something magical within you, do another 3 times. The magical breathing must be done in groups of 3!
