On Tuesday I told you about my amazing friend Debra Poneman. You may know her as one half of Your Year of Miracles with Marci Shimoff. But did you know that Deb started teaching a seminar called "Yes to Success" in the 80's and Marci was her student?
Deb shares a bit of her story about teaching meditation in a live-in center, having no car or home and realizing at age 30 she needed to do more with her life:

I met Debra about 7 years ago when she interviewed me. I knew who she was very excited to have her interview me. Deb has just gotten divorced from her husband of nearly 30 years and we talked about it. I channeled and sent healing energy her way. She healed, we shared and we laughed ... we got ridiculously high on the amazing energy and vibes that we nearly forgot to do the interview!
