Wow... last night was the first day of the Cardiovascular Docu-series and suffice to say I am impressed!
I am impressed with the amount of information shared and in-depth interviews. This not a compilation of short excerpts from interviews edited together. This is detailed thorough interviews on topics packed with information on cardiovascular health and the heart. (Seems everything in your body affects your heart)
What I like is that I can choose the interviews that are most valuable to me. There are two videos on Day 1 for a total of 4 interviews. Each video has a slider to move ahead or back. I can watch what interests me most. (Though all of it is valuable)
Last night one of the things I learned was that insulin makes the body store fat. (Did you know that?) I always thought insulin did the opposite!
I still have lots more to watch from Day 1! Each day's interviews are available for 24 hours to watch. Obviously the goal is for you to find the information so valuable you want to buy the series.
But you don't have to buy anything to get the information. It's available for free. I also believe there will probably be a replay of the whole series after it completes. Often this is done over a weekend.
I highly recommend you sign up for the series so you at least have the CHOICE to watc. You can't watch anything and learn if you aren't registered for the series.
I promise you that you will learn something new from this series. Probably lots of new somethings! :-)
