Hi ,

"Oh joy!"has magic powers!  It's got the power to instantly turn a lousy situation into something to smile about and the power to transform annoyance or aggravation into a smile or a even a laugh.  It can even transform disappointment into amusement.  How?  How do the words "Oh joy!" do all this? 

Well I've been experimenting!  I was very aware that when something went wrong, something dropped or broke, or I didn't do something as I wanted to, I said two words, "oh crap!".  I also noticed that every time I uttered those words I felt, well, like crap!  Everyone has their version of "oh crap!", some people may use stronger words, but everyone has something they react with when things turn to crap.  I also noticed that every time I said "oh crap!"  I felt like crap!  Annoyed, frustrated, grumpy.. like crap.  So out of the blue I received the idea (The Collective sent it) to exclaim "oh joy!"  instead of "oh crap!" every time something went wrong. 

I noticed two things right away, I had a strong habit of saying "oh crap" when crappy things happened.  I also noticed that I couldn't say "oh joy!" in anything but a uplifted tone, it sounded and felt totally different from "oh crap!".  Oh crap!" projects, sounds and feels like a down flowing vibration and tone while "oh joy!" projects, sounds and feels like an upward moving tone and vibration.

My new commitment to exclaim "oh joy!" instead of "oh crap!" showed me that I needed a lot of awareness and focus to catch myself in the moment and instantly switch to "oh joy!" from "oh crap!"   "Oh crap!" leaked out nearly every time!  But I quickly got the hang of intermediately correcting myself to "oh joy!".  And every time single time I exclaimed "oh joy!"  I smiled or laughed and felt good - regardless of the "disaster" before me.    After doing this for over a week I can say without a doubt that exclaiming "oh joy!"  raises my vibration and uplifts my mood... a lot!  And the upliftment was completely unrelated to any circumstance. 

I invite you to do a little experiment of your own  When stuff goes wrong, falls apart, falls down or even falls on top of you, notice what you say, either out loud or in your head.  Make the decision to exclaim "oh joy!" in it's place every time.  Do it and see what happens, see how you feel.  I am confident you will notice you feel more relaxed, happy, less anxious and annoyed and not grumbling.  I  think you'll be smiling a lot more and more in the vibration to invite in and receive your wonderful! 

And to further inspire and motivate you to try it, know that an uplifted, happy, easy vibration is one that is receptive to the good stuff that you want to flow into your experience.  And that is a very good thing!  I'd love to hear how your own experiment goes and what you learn about energy, vibration and most of all yourself!
