🌚 ♍ A New Moon in Virgo arrives on Sept 19/20 at 5:30am UTC /   1:30am EDT / 10:30pm PDT (Sept 19)

New Moon in Virgo is an emotional Moon that brings deep inner reflection and healing journey.  Virgo energy is all about healing and caring for the mind/body/soul.  This Moon is asking that you put yourself first, go inward and connect with  your heart to see what is it that you really need?  What is the most loving thing  you can do for yourself right now?  Look at the symbol for Virgo ♍, can you see the word "me" in it?  Let it remind you where to focus your energy this month.

This Virgo New Moon expands on the energy of change and expansion that began with the total solar eclipse on August 21. The New Moon asks that you adapt to changes and make minor adjustments along the way to your long-term goals and dreams.  Old habits, behaviors and beliefs will come forward to be questioned as you search for new creative and inventive ways to expand.

This Virgo New Moon asks that you focus on healing any 'old wounds' that you may still be carrying energetically that may be blocking your progress.   This New Moon strongly asks that you put yourself first and make your healing (in all planes) a priority.  It's time for a big dose of self-love!

 This New Moon could bring up deeply buried issues, or issues (emotional or physical) you have carried for a long time.  The New Moon opposite Chiron means you must adjust your methods or expectations in response to your deepest and most painful wound.  There is the potential for deep emotional pain and there is also the potential for great release and renewal/healing.

If you have had a physical complaint or an emotional wound surface in the last few months, the Virgo New Moon is going to inspire you to take action in order to bring your body back into balance.   An unexpected event may even force a change in routine or behavior resulting in that new start.

There is an energy of this New Moon that can cause you to become self critical and judgemental and treat  yourself or others badly.  It is important that no matter what wounds or issues surface, you treat yourself with the utmost love and compassion.  

Release the need for perfection, see the beach and not the sand. Be loving and kind to yourself.  Talk to yourself, connect with your heart and listen to the wisdom and guidance of your heart, body, mind and soul.

♍  ►The most potent time to write an Abundance Check is within the first 8 hours AFTER the exact time of the New Moon as long as the Moon is NOT Void of Course.   Writing within the first 48 hours still works well.   You can still write your check within 72 hours (3 days) of the New Moon, it will work, but it is significantly weaker. Focus, FEEL and intend powerfully and once you've written down your intentions and written out your check, THEN LET THEM GO.  Don't keep focusing on them, don't dwell on or try to figure out how they will come to be.

* Within 24-48 hours of the New Moon (see best times above), take a check out. (within 72 hours still works)
 ✔  Where it says "Pay to", write your name.   
 ✔  In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar amount,  write words "Paid in full."
 ✔  On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar amount, write words "Paid in full." [I find it works better if you do not add a line after the "Paid in Full".]
 ✔  Sign the check with: "The Law of Abundance"
  • Do not put a date on the check.
  • Do not write a specific dollar amount in the check.
  • It's ok to draw a check on a piece of paper if you don't have a printer.  It works the same!

  * Put it in a safe place and forget about it.  Just hide it away and let it be. Then relax and enjoy welcoming in the abundance!
